There is a 50% non-refundable deposit fee due when you book and sign your contract. 
The remainder of which is payable a day before the shoot. 
You can choose to make full payment upfront. 
 
The purpose of the deposit is to lock in your date + time/
if you cancel last minute, i could have booked someone else during that time.
I do not write anything down in my calendar until the deposit has been paid, making your
desired day/time slot up for grabs.

The time specified in the hourly rate refers to time spent at the shoot. Post processing costs have already been factored into the price,

Events out of town have a transport fee for the client's account.
